The basics of doing business with Mission Home Solutions.
These terms apply to use of the Mission Home Solutions website and to estimate requests submitted through it. Formal contracts for remodeling, heating-and-cooling, repair, and maintenance work are governed by the written proposal we sign with you for each project, which remains the authoritative agreement for that job.
Website use. Content on this site is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it current and accurate, but services, pricing, and availability can change without notice.
Estimate requests. Submitting a request does not create a contract. A signed written proposal from Mission Home Solutions establishes the commercial agreement. Descriptions of the project, the room, and what's going on are used to scope the work; we may ask for additional details before we quote.
Confidentiality. We treat customer project photos and details as confidential. We don't publish identifying photos or stories without written permission.
Limitations. Mission Home Solutions makes no warranty beyond what's specified in the signed proposal. Website content is not a binding warranty or performance guarantee.
Intellectual property. Site content and brand marks are property of Mission Home Solutions, Inc.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the effective date appears at the bottom. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
