Our HVAC Partner
Name pendingWhen a job calls for this trade, we hand it to a craftsman we've worked with for years. Same standards as our own crew. Name shown once they've okayed it — we'll introduce you on the estimate.
Two craftsmen, four trades, one mission: do honest work, treat your home like our own, and stand behind what we build.
Mission Home Solutions is the joint shop of Doug Conner and Brian Lamprecht — two Metro East craftsmen who spent decades running their own companies before they realized they were better together than apart. 48 years between us: Doug has 30+ in construction and remodeling, Brian has 18 in remodeling (and 20 in automotive repair before that). The two shops merged in 2022. Heating and cooling joined the bench in 2026 through a partnership with a credentialed HVAC veteran.
What we do today: remodels, repairs, maintenance, heating and cooling. What we don't do: vanish in the middle of a job, recommend things you don't need, or pretend to be experts in trades we haven't mastered. Same standards as our own homes. Always.
Five moments that turned two separate craftsmen into one Metro East shop.
With decades of construction and remodeling already behind him, Doug Conner hangs his own shingle in the Metro East. Two trucks, the right tools, and a phone he answers himself.
After 20 years under the hood as an automotive mechanic, Brian Lamprecht trades carburetors for crown molding and opens his own bathroom-anchored remodeling shop in Edwardsville. Same hands, different trade — and the same fix-it-once instinct that came from a lifetime in repair.
Doug and Brian end up on the same crew, framing out a new church here in the Metro East. Different shops, same standards. By the time the roof is on, they're already talking about what it would look like to work together full-time.
Brian's remodeling shop folds into Doug's, and Mission Home Solutions becomes the two-craftsman operation it is today. Same trucks pulling up to your driveway, twice the bench — and the kind of overlap that means nothing falls through the cracks.
Mission Home Solutions partners with a trusted local HVAC outfit to bring heating, cooling, and mini-split installs into the same conversation as the remodel. Now you get one phone number for the whole house — not a different number for every trade.
Two craftsmen who'll be on every job we send out. Talk to either one — they answer the phone themselves.
Doug founded Mission Home Solutions in 2018 after more than 30 years building, remodeling, and repairing homes across the Metro East. He's the kind of contractor who shows up to the estimate himself, pulls the permit, and is still on the jobsite the day you walk through it for the first time.
Brian spent 20 years as an automotive mechanic before opening his own remodeling shop in 2017. He brought that shop into Mission Home Solutions in 2022, and these days he runs point on most of the remodels — bathrooms, basements, decks — while still handling the kind of mechanical-and-electrical problems most contractors farm out.
We bring in trusted partners when a job calls for specialized skills. Same standards as our own crew — we wouldn't put them in front of you otherwise.
