Kitchen Remodels
Cabinets, counters, layout changes, and the plumbing and electrical that come with moving a sink three feet to the left. We handle the whole thing.
Bathroom Remodels
Tub-to-shower conversions, full gut-and-finish builds, accessibility updates. We pull permits, run the trades, and clean up after ourselves.
Finished Basements
Concept to completion. Layout, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring — we don't leave until it's right.
Deck Building
Composite or cedar, simple platforms or the kind of build Morgan called a "deck-a-Sarous." Built to outlast the warranty paperwork.
Carpentry
Trim, doors, built-ins, crown molding, and the structural fixes most contractors won't open the wall for. Brian's specialty — he opens the wall.
Tile Work
Shower surrounds, backsplashes, mortared stone, mosaic accent work. For the larger jobs we bring in a tile-and-stone specialist we've worked with for years.
Roofing
Repair, replacement, and storm-damage assessments — done by people who know what's underneath. The maintenance task that prevents the expensive ones.
General Renovations
Additions, sunrooms, full-home remodels, and the projects that don't fit neatly in one category. If it's inside the walls of your house, we've done it.

Design
Layout, materials, finishes. We translate the conversation into a written scope and a fixed estimate — no obligation, no pressure.
Permits
If the job needs permits, we pull them. Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Maryville, Collinsville — we know each city's process so you don't have to.
Build
Demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, finish. Same two craftsmen on site — not a different sub every morning. We clean up at the end of every day.
Walk-through
We go through the finished room with you. Anything that's not right gets fixed before we hand over the keys. Lifetime workmanship guarantee, no fine print.
After the remodel
Keep the new room in shape.
Our $39.95/month maintenance plan covers two gutter cleanings, an annual soft-wash, and a full multi-point inspection — the small stuff before it gets big. A $780 value, billed monthly over 12 months.
