Privacy policy.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketers. We hold what you give us for 90 days, then we delete it. Here are the details, in plain English.
Five things to know.
- We collect Name, email, phone, ZIP, and what you tell us about your project — only when you submit the contact form.
- We use it To reply to your inquiry. Doug or Brian reads it. No third parties involved.
- We share it With no one. Not marketers, not lead brokers, not advertisers.
- We hold it 90 days, then it's deleted automatically.
- Cookies? No. Our analytics are cookie-free and IP-anonymized.
The full policy.
We're a small shop, not a marketing operation — and this policy reflects that. If you ever have a question about your data, you can email Doug and he'll answer.
What we collect.
When you submit a contact form or estimate request, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and whatever you write about your project. That's it. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't try to fill in the blanks from third-party data sources.
If you sign up for the Maintenance Plan, we also collect a service address so we know where to show up. Payment information for Maintenance Plan subscribers is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
What we do with it.
Contact-form submissions go straight to Doug and Brian. We read them, we reply to you, and that's the whole pipeline. No CRM, no marketing automation, no drip campaigns. If you ask for a quote, you'll get a quote — not a newsletter.
If you're a Maintenance Plan customer, the only outbound message you'll get from us is when we're scheduling a service visit or following up on work we did.
What we don't do with it.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing partners. We don't broker it to lead-generation services. We don't use it to target ads on Facebook, Google, or anywhere else. We don't run a Facebook tracking pixel. We don't run Google AdWords conversion tracking.
If a third-party service ever asks us to wire your information into their system, the answer is no.
How long we keep it.
Contact-form submissions are kept for 90 days after the conversation closes, then deleted automatically. If we don't end up doing work together, your information is gone within 90 days — you don't have to ask us to do it.
If we do end up doing work together, the project record (notes, photos, invoices) is kept for the duration of our relationship and for six years after, because contractor record-keeping rules in Illinois require it. We can delete the marketing-side data (the original inquiry) sooner than that if you ask.
Cookies & analytics.
This site uses cookie-free analytics — a privacy-respecting tool similar to Plausible — that counts page views without identifying who you are. Your IP address is stripped before anything is stored. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.
The only cookie this site sets is a session token, and only if you sign in to the admin area to edit your own content. Regular visitors get no cookies at all.
Your rights.
You can ask us at any time:
- What information we have about you
- For a copy of it
- To delete it before the 90-day window is up
- To correct anything that's wrong
Email Doug at Missionpremium@gmail.com and we'll handle it within a few days. You don't need to cite a regulation, fill out a form, or work through a "data subject access portal" — just ask.
Security.
This site is served over HTTPS only. Your information travels encrypted from your browser to our server. Once it lands, it's stored in our database (PostgreSQL on DigitalOcean, encrypted at rest) and is accessible only to Doug and Brian.
We're a two-person shop, so the security story is simple: nobody outside the two of us logs in. We don't have a marketing team, an analytics team, or a sales operations team sitting on your data.
Children's privacy.
We don't knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13. We're a home-services contractor — our customers are homeowners and landlords — so this isn't a real risk for our site, but it's worth saying.
If you're a parent and you think your child has submitted information through our contact form, email Doug and we'll delete it right away.
Changes to this policy.
If we change anything material here, we update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the bottom. For significant changes, we'll add a note at the top of this page for 30 days so returning visitors can see what changed.
We won't post a banner on every page or send you an email about it. We're not collecting enough data for that level of theater.
