What does $39.95 a month actually cover?
Three visits a year: two gutter cleanings (spring and fall), one soft-wash of your siding and outdoor surfaces, and one multi-point inspection of the house inside and out. You also get priority scheduling and subscriber pricing on any other work you need.
Can I add HVAC tune-ups to my plan?
Yes — we'll quote spring and fall HVAC tune-ups as an add-on on top of the base plan, billed at subscriber pricing. Most plan customers add them.
What if I need extra service in between visits?
Call us. Plan customers get priority on the calendar — we'll usually get someone out within a week. You pay subscriber pricing for any extra work, not the walk-in rate.
Is there a contract or commitment?
The plan is billed monthly over 12 months so the seasonal services line up. You can cancel; we just ask you call us so we can pro-rate any services we've already done.
Do I get priority over non-plan customers?
Yes. Plan customers get priority scheduling on the calendar — when both you and a one-off caller need the same week, you get it.
What if my home is bigger than 1,400 sqft?
Call us for a quote. The $39.95 rate is built around a single-story home between 400 and 1,400 sqft. Bigger or multi-story homes need more time per visit, so we price them per-property.
Can I gift this plan to a parent or relative?
Absolutely — this is one of the more popular reasons people sign up. You handle the billing, we work directly with whoever lives in the house.
