The partnership
We added heating and cooling in 2026.
After years of referring HVAC work out, we partnered with a 22-year HVAC-R veteran whose credentials, calluses, and standards matched our own. He's the partner we send into our customers' homes; he's also the customer who hired us to build his own garage.

Mini-splits for the room ductwork can't reach, full furnace and central AC installs, and the credentialed pipe-fitting work that ties everything together. Pick one to see how we approach the work — or call us and we'll talk it through.
Mini-Split Installs
Quiet, ductless heating and cooling for sunrooms, garages, finished basements, and additions. Single-zone or multi-zone setups — we mount the head, run the lineset, commission the system in a day.
Furnace & Central AC
Install, replacement, repair, tune-up. Right-sized off a load calculation — not the next bigger unit a salesperson tried to upsell.
Pipe Fitting
Refrigerant lines, condensate, and the connection work most HVAC outfits subcontract or skip. UA Local 101 union pipefitter on the job.

What we install
Five system types cover most of what walks into a Metro East home. We'll talk through the trade-offs on price, efficiency, and how each one runs in our climate — before we quote.

Heat Pumps
One unit that heats in winter and cools in summer. Efficient enough to be the only system in a moderately insulated house — we'll run the math on whether your home qualifies.

Furnaces
Gas, propane, or electric. We pull permits, handle the gas-line work, and right-size the unit so it doesn't short-cycle through January.

Mini-Splits
Ductless heads for the room a central system can't reach. Sunrooms, garages, basement studios, additions. One-day install for single-zone.

Central AC
Whole-house cooling on existing ductwork. We replace condensers, evaporator coils, and the linesets in between — not just the part that's broken.

Hybrid Systems
Heat pump paired with a gas furnace backup, switching automatically at the breakpoint where one becomes cheaper than the other. The right answer for a lot of Metro East homes.
