Frequently asked
What brands do you service?
All major residential brands — Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Bryant, Amana, and more. A 22-year HVAC-R veteran has worked on every system on the residential market at some point.
Should I repair or replace?
Rule of thumb: if your furnace is 15+ years old AND the repair cost exceeds half the replacement cost, replacement is usually the smart call. If it's under 12 years and the repair is straightforward, fix it. We give you a real number on the call, not a "starts at" pitch.
When is the best time to schedule a tune-up?
Fall, before the first cold snap. October is ideal — we're less slammed, and we catch any failing components before December when an emergency call costs 3x what a scheduled tune-up does.
