A union-certified pipefitter on staff, partnered with Autumn Breeze HVAC. Install, repair, retrofit — ducted or ductless.
Mini-Split Installs
Ductless mini-splits give you zone-by-zone comfort without tearing into walls for ductwork. Quiet, efficient, room-by-room.
Furnace & AC
Full furnace install, repair, and tune-up. Central AC install, replacement, and service. Done by a 22-year HVAC-R veteran.
Pipe Fitting
UA Local 101 journeyman pipefitter. Same name on the install, the warranty card, and the next service call.
Furnace Service
Fall furnace tune-up + diagnostic. We catch the failing igniter before December.
Remodeling
Brian's anchor work. Full gut-rebuilds, refreshes, additions, and the finish-carpentry detail that makes a project feel done.
Bathroom Remodels
Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, heated floors. Brian runs these end to end.
Kitchen Remodels
Full kitchens or refresh-only. Layout, cabinetry, counters, electrical, plumbing — sequenced cleanly through final punch list.
Finished Basements

Restore your home's exterior. Soft-wash for siding + roofs, pressure-wash for driveways + patios.
Light Electrical & Plumbing
Small electrical + plumbing jobs — outlets, switches, fixtures, leaks, drains. Same-day for emergencies in service area.
